Housing Trio is a real estate advisory and facilitation firm based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We assist customers with residential property transactions, resale opportunities, property advisory, property listings, buyer and seller facilitation, and related real estate services.

Housing Trio may facilitate communication and transactions between property owners, buyers, sellers, developers, financial institutions, legal professionals, and other relevant parties.

Our role may vary depending on the nature of the service or transaction and will be governed by the applicable service agreement, engagement letter, MoU, assignment agreement, or other applicable documentation.

The Housing Trio website is intended to provide information about real estate properties, services, market opportunities, advisory offerings, and related information.

• Listing information does not constitute a guarantee, offer, representation, or contractual commitment unless expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant parties.

Where applicable, Housing Trio may assist with the collection or preliminary verification of information and documents provided by property owners, sellers, developers, or other parties.

Such assistance should not be interpreted as a substitute for independent legal, financial, technical, tax, or regulatory due diligence.

Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and independently verifying matters including, but not limited to:

• Ownership and title
• Encumbrances and liabilities
• Approvals and permissions
• RERA registration and project-related information
• Property taxes and statutory dues
• Outstanding builder or association dues
• Loan and mortgage obligations
• Construction and technical specifications
• Agreements and contractual obligations

Housing Trio acts as an advisory and facilitation platform and does not itself guarantee the successful completion of any property transaction.

A transaction may be subject to several factors, including buyer and seller consent, documentation, legal due diligence, financing, developer approvals, statutory requirements, market conditions, and other circumstances beyond Housing Trio's control.

Housing Trio does not guarantee:

• Completion of a proposed transaction
• Availability of a particular property
• Approval of a home loan or other financing
• Property appreciation or investment returns
• Future rental income or resale value
• A specific resale or transaction timeline
• Possession or completion timelines determined by developers
• Approval by government authorities, banks, developers, or other institutions

The scope, fees, responsibilities, timelines, and other terms applicable to a specific Housing Trio service may be separately communicated or documented.

Where a separate agreement, engagement letter, MoU, assignment agreement, service agreement, or other written document exists, the terms of such document shall apply to the relevant service or transaction.

Housing Trio reserves the right to modify, introduce, discontinue, or change its service offerings, pricing, and applicable terms from time to time.

Where applicable, Housing Trio may charge advisory, facilitation, service, registration, documentation, or other fees for services provided.

Applicable fees, taxes, payment schedules, and payment conditions will be communicated to the customer through the relevant service documentation or written communication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all applicable statutory taxes and charges shall be payable by the party responsible for such payment under the applicable transaction or agreement.

Users may be required to provide personal, financial, identification, property, or transaction-related information for the purpose of providing services.

Users agree that information and documents provided to Housing Trio shall be accurate, authentic, and legally obtained.

Housing Trio may use such information for legitimate business purposes, including property evaluation, transaction facilitation, communication, documentation, due diligence coordination, and provision of requested services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

All intellectual property appearing on the Housing Trio website, including but not limited to:

• Company name and branding
• Logos and trademarks
• Text and written content
• Photographs and graphics
• Videos and marketing materials
• Website design and layouts
• Icons and visual elements
• Proprietary materials and resources

is owned by or licensed to Housing Trio unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from Housing Trio or the relevant rights holder.
